Health Agencies Working Together For You… For Life

CHC of NM is a federation of non-profit voluntary health charities. Each charity has its own area of service and expertise, but together we share a common goal: better health and health care for our community, and the highest quality of life possible today! A well-coordinated team of professional staff and volunteers work to achieve this goal.

Your Gift to Community Health Charities of New Mexico Supports:

Patient and Community Services: Today, medical advances ensure many patients can look forward to returning to productive, satisfying lifestyles.  Service programs ease the impact of illness, disability and disease, while meeting emotional and physical needs of patients and their families.

Health Education and Information: The goal of education programs is to save lives and diminish suffering.  Public education programs provide information on prevention, early detection, diagnosis, proper treatment and cures for specific illnesses, disabilities and diseases.  This brightens hopes for tomorrow.

Medical Research: Research into all aspects of illness, disability and disease is a major effort of health agencies.  Research looks into causes of disease, why certain people develop them, how to prevent diseases, ways to cure them and how to help people that cannot be cured.
